About the LEAD Institute
The Leadership Excellence and Academic Development (LEAD) Institute is the capacity-building arm of FAGNA®. It exists to make leadership in academia learnable — turning talent, scholarship and lived experience into confident, well-supported academic leadership.

A generation of female academics who lead with excellence and integrity in classrooms, laboratories, boardrooms and policy spaces around the world.
Our Purpose
To design and deliver training, mentoring and leadership formation that removes the barriers women face in academic progression, and to make that support available across borders and career stages.
